KSB has made a commitment to continuity and set the course for the company’s ongoing successful development. At its last meeting in 2022, the Administrative Board of KSB Management SE decided to extend the contracts of the Managing Directors
- Dr Stephan Timmermann (until 30 November 2026),
- Ralf Kannefass (until 30 June 2026) and
- Dr Matthias Schmitz (until 31 May 2026).
For Dr Stephan Timmermann, CEO since 2017, this means an early extension of his contract.
The contract of Dr Stephan Bross, responsible for Research and Production, was not up for renewal during the regular term.
