Eliquo Water Group, through its subsidiary Enwa AS, has agreed with the Malmberg Group to acquire 100 % of the shares in Malmberg Water AB.
Eliquo is an expert for municipal water and wastewater treatment in Europe with subsidiaries in Norway, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. With more than 750 dedicated water professionals, Eliquo delivers projects, technology and equipment for water, wastewater, and sludge management to municipal customers.
Malmberg Water is based in Sweden in Yngsjö and Lund. Managing Director Erik Malmberg will continue leading the business and its dedicated employees. Malmberg Water’s subsidiary in Norway based in Drammen, Malmberg AS, will be integrated as part of the Eliquo family under the leadership of Sofia Knudsen and will become a sister company of Eliquo PMI with the responsibility to further develop the wastewater, sludge and service market in Norway.
