On March 29-30, 2023, Dickow Pumpen GmbH & Co. KG, Germany, will show its standard chemical pumps for toxic and corrosive media and its robust gear pumps, suitable for particularly demanding applications, at the Pumps & Valves trade fair in Dortmund, Germany.
To recycle plastics into synthetic oils, pumps are needed which can easily convey media of different viscosities at different temperatures. To be able to handle this challenging process, Dickow developed a pyrolysis pump from the proven NMX volute casing pump. The magnetically coupled chemical standard pump offers the highest safety with the containment can, which hermetically seals the pump. The pumps of the NM series are also suitable for toxic and corrosive media.
The GML gear pump was developed for particularly demanding applications. This particularly robust pump is an internal gear pump with magnetic coupling. Due to this magnetic coupling and the associated slide bearing in SIC/SIC, the pump promises a long service life.
