At this year’s Ifat (30 May to 3 June 2022, Munich), the KSB Group will be presenting innovative products, systems and service solutions for water and waste water applications at its extensive trade fair stand covering an area of 186 m².

One of the highlights is the new UPA S 200 8-inch well pump. Featuring an optimised hydraulic design, pumps of this type achieve very high levels of efficiency. When combined with high-efficiency synchronous motors from the UMA-S type series and a variable speed system, energy costs can be reduced significantly, especially in systems with fluctuating flow rates. All cast components are high-grade stainless steel investment castings made of 1.4408 or, optionally, 1.4517.

The manufacturer will also be showcasing the new KSB Delta Macro SVP as an example of pressure booster systems for supplying water in building services applications. The new, ready-to-connect pressure booster systems are designed for high flow rates. Equipped with two or up to a maximum of six Movitec high-efficiency centrifugal pumps, these fully automatic systems are supplied ready-to-connect. The microprocessor control unit starts and stops the pumps according to demand using a frequency inverter for speed control.

The exhibition would not be complete, of course, without KSB’s classic water supply pump. Produced non-stop since 1936, the latest generation of the Etanorm series will be on display at the company’s trade fair stand. In the area of waste water pumps, KSB will be presenting several variants from its Amarex and Sewatec type series with various impeller designs. Mechanical seals and spare parts kits for all products round off the presentation.

In a special area of the trade fair stand called the “Blue Miracle”, the manufacturer will be showcasing particularly interesting all-in solutions for drinking water and waste water treatment applications. The portfolio of solutions presented includes complete systems manufactured by the KSB Group in China, Indonesia and Pakistan as well as France.

The manufacturer will be providing a preview of product innovations that will be launched on the market later this year and next year. A highlight here is a new generation of Amaprop mixers which will be launched on the market at the end of 2022. The three-blade mixer is driven by an IE5 motor.

The first illustrations of the new Amacan series will also be on show. This axial-flow waste water pump is designed for particularly high volume flow rates. Information will be furthermore provided about a new 10-inch submersible borehole pump that will expand the UPA S series. In the area of predictive maintenance, the manufacturer will be presenting its KSB Guard monitoring system with new supplementary features.

  • The KSB stand with number 227/326 is located in Hall B1.
