The membrane pump is resistant to aggressive solvent and acid vapors. This is achieved through the use of the following materials:
- elastomer membrane with PTFE layer,
- Kalrez valves and
- carbon-reinforced PTFE media-carrying components.
The pump can be used in different areas and for different applications. The anticipated flow rate is 35 l/min with an ultimate final vacuum of <10 mbar.
