Blackmer: Heavy duty sliding vane pumps for industrial applications

The new GNX and GNXH Series Sliding Vane Pumps are designed to handle a wide range of non-corrosive, non-abrasive industrial liquids and petroleum products. Manufactured with a large operating range, these pumps offer high flows and high pressure. They are currently available in 2- and 2.5-inch flanged port sizes. Larger 3- and 4-inch flanged port sizes will be released later this year. Combined, these sizes provide flow capacities ranging from 20 to 500 gpm (76 to 1,893 l/min) at working pressures up to 175 psi (12.1 bar).

The NPH and XH series complete the NP and X series of these pump families. The new feature of both series allows the user to choose between 90- and 180-degree porting.

The XH pumps are designed to handle a wide range of non-corrosive and non-abrasive industrial liquids and petroleum products The NPH pumps are built for handling viscous or shear-sensitive fluids. Both models are available in 2”, 2.5”, 3” and 4” (51 mm, 64 mm, 76 mm and 102 mm) sizes.

Blackmer: 4-Inch Sliding Vane Pump

Blackmer_XLW (2)This 4-inch pump is an extension of Blackmer’s XLW Series. These pumps have been designed to perform in the handling and transfer of a variety of abrasive liquids, including oxide primers, inks and paints, where wear-resistance is critical to pump operation. These pumps have also shown to be successful in applications such as vertical and horizontal bead mills, solvent recovery, tank-bottom recirculation, heat-treater supply, enhanced oil recovery, and crude- or hot-oil transfer.

The new XLW4A model features hardened rotor and shaft, liner, end discs and vanes for long life and optimized wear-resistance. These hardened internal parts allow the pump to be used with liquids featuring suspended abrasive particles up to 250 microns in size and at a concentration up to 25%.
