The Neptune Series MP7000 has been engineered from the ground up to be more robust and durable than similar mechanical diaphragm pump designs. The Series MP7000 pump incorporates the ruggedness of a hydraulic diaphragm metering pump, eliminates the need for intermediate fluid or hydraulic oil to actuate the diaphragm and reduces the potential for gearbox oil to contaminate the process. Series MP7000 pumps also feature a finned gearbox that dissipates the heat created during normal operation more readily than other designs, oversized check valves that improve performance and minimize friction losses, and rugged bronze gears for quite-running and long service life. Additionally, the straight-through flow design of the Series MP7000 liquid end and the elimination of the contour plate results in improved flow characteristics, making the pump the ideal solution for pumping difficult chemicals such as viscous fluids, shear-sensitive fluids and fluids with suspended solids.
The new Series MP7100 is a mechanically actuated diaphragm metering pump. The MP7100 pump incorporates the ruggedness of a hydraulic diaphragm metering pump, eliminates the need for intermediate fluid or hydraulic oil to actuate the diaphragm and reduces the potential for gearbox oil to contaminate the process. The result is a pump design that provides accurate dosing of a wide range of mild to aggressive chemicals, including those used in municipal water and wastewater treatment.
ProMinent is setting new standards in accuracy and reliability with the new solenoid driven diaphragm metering pump gamma/ X: The first metering pump in its class to be driven by a cleverly controlled solenoid and independently ensures a smooth metering process at any time. Unlike conventional technologies, the gamma/ X does not need interference-resistant components to measure pressure or detect hydraulic faults.
ProMinent presents its new metering pump at Aquatech Amsterdam 2015 on stand 7.450 in hall 7 between 03-06 November 2015.
The new solenoid driven metering pump is suitable for metering between 1 ml/h and 45 l/h at a back pressure of 25 bar to 2 bar. The stroke length can be electronically set at between 0 and 100%.
The hydraulic diaphragm metering Orlita Evolution form an integrated product range with stroke lengths of 15 to 40 mm. This covers the capacity range from 3 to 7,400 l/h at 400 to 10 bar. A wide range of drive versions is available, including some for use in Ex-zone 1 and 2. The Orlita Evolution product range is designed to comply with API 675. This pump serie meets the most exacting safety requirements as an extremely robust hydraulic diaphragm metering pump. It stands out thanks to its PTFE multi-layer diaphragm with integral diaphragm rupture warning system and unique diaphragm position control. Its modular construction offers extremely good flexibility in terms of applications.
These systems have been designed for the application of fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides and other strong chemicals. The chemical tanks have a sloped bottom for complete drainage and ease of cleaning. All tanks larger than 55 gallons are fitted into double-wall containment and with double wall injection lines to protect the environment. A cover shields the pump, piping and electrical controls from the elements and excludes rain and debris, which allows 100% reclaim of uncontaminated chemical in the event of a spill or broken line.

The Memdos LB and LP series are offered in a broad capacity range. Due to numerous versions of dosing heads and valves, combined with a wide range of materials for the dosing head, an even greater consistency and application range is covered. The performance ranges from 0 – 4 up to 0 – 150 l/h for the first size, and 0 – 110 up to 0 to 1010 l/h for the second size. The maximum permitted pressure, depending on the size, is between 4 and 16 bar. Thanks to the sturdy tappet drive with manual or automatic capacity adjustment, the conveyed media such as acids, lyes, coagulants and flocculants are dosed reliably and precisely.
As the beating heart in all manner of systems including diaphragm pumps, diaphragms have to withstand long and heavy loads. They also have to meet the toughest of requirements in pneumatic systems, fittings, and many, many other applications. With diaphragms made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), Freudenberg Simrit has succeeded in taking a decisive step towards significantly extending the service lives of diaphragms. TPU is also incredibly resistant to abrasion, which means that the components in which it is used in get top grades for lifecycle duration and economic efficiency.
