HNPM: New modular micro annular gear pump

This micro annular gear pump allows accurate displacement volumes from 100 μl to 1,000 ml in a metering time of 200 milliseconds up to one minute. It also covers a flow rate range of 0.2 to 1,152 ml/min. Different materials are available for wetted parts. The pump operates with high dynamics, low pulsation and excellent precision in delivery as well as high repeatability in metering. The pump is suitable for low to high viscosity liquids and a differential pressure of up to 10 bar. Other pump series are available for applications with different requirements.

The pump is supplied with lateral fluid connections and a pump bearing bracket or with a so-called M4 version. The manifold version M4 has frontal fluid connections and allows assembly to a manifold which is supplied by HNPM or provided by the customer.

HNPM: Compact dispense module for analytical instrumentation

hnpm_dispensemodulThe central component of the dispense module is a micro annular gear pump (mzr-pump), that is already working very precise in laboratory automation and diagnostics. mzr-pumps are characterized by low pulse flow and a service life of several years. By using these rotary positive displacement pumps, pipetting of the smallest liquid amounts during the dosing process is possible as well as rinsing with high flow rates.

The size of the module corresponds to half the syringe pumps format. It combines pump, filter and valve. With the help of a microcontroller the module can process the same programming commands as a syringe pump.

HNPM: Hermetic micro annular gear pumps

mzr-4661-tech-zeichnungThe magnetic driven, hermetic series of micro annular gear pumps has been extended with regard to size and drive options. These pumps are suitable for handling

  • crystallizing,
  • air or moisture-sensitive liquids

because the pump has no shaft seal. This feature is made possible thanks to a liquid-separating cup surrounding the magnetic drive. Long service life, leak-free operation, low energy consumption and an integrated speed controller characterize this pump series of the German HNP Mikrosysteme GmbH just like the compact measurements of the pump with a minimum diameter of 22 mm and a minimum length of 69 mm.
