The Wilden Advanced FIT pumps feature bolted product containment and easier maintenance. No repiping necessary, the Advanced FIT pumps precisely fit bolt-to-bolt and pipe-to-pipe in existing fluid-handling piping systems. The FIT pumps come equipped with the wetted path that minimizes the number of fasteners and allows for single socket reassembly for faster, easier maintenance. The “D” in AHD stands for Duplex, which means the reinforcement of the drive pressure is more than 2:1 by the internal pressure boosting stage. This is achieved thanks to a maximum drive pressure of 7 bar (100 psig), which allows the AHD to build up discharge pressures up to 15 bar (218 psig). AHD Series pumps are available in three sizes (AHD 15, 25 and 40) with maximum capacities of 4, 10 and 20 m3/h (17, 44 and 87 gpm).
The new AHS Series, which does not include an internal pressure booster, features an extremely rugged housing making it suitable for higher discharge pressures. The “S” in AHS stands from Simplex, meaning the drive pressure is transferred to the medium in a ration of 1:1.
The two new 1-1/2-inch (38 mm) high pressure bolted metal AODD pump models feature redesigned liquid paths to reduce internal friction to maximize output and efficiency. They are shear sensitive, dry-run capable, externally serviceable, completely submersible and comply with all CE and Atex requirements. These pumps also come equipped with the Pro-Flo Shift air distribution system.
The two new high pressure pump models are
- the HS400S, which is available in aluminum, and
- the HS430S, which comes in stainless steel.
The Stallion series are developed for pumping fluids with high solid content. A shock-absorbing polyurethane screen base absorbs the impact from constant assault by solid particles. The pumps also feature a large internal clearance and flow-through design to keep the pump from clogging; an integrated suction strainer; and an altered ball/seat check valve assembly. These pumps are made for rugged utilitarian applications that require a robust design.

The new Almatec air-operated diaphragm pump series CXM – shown at Achema 2015 – consists of four sizes and can be equipped with seven different product connections. This is possible thanks to the modular design of the pumps. For each pump of the sizes 20, 50 and 130 two center blocks are available with different connection types and sizes.
This wide range of product connections allows a precise adjustment of the pump to the specific application. The new CXR Series AODD pump is an extension of Almatec’s CX Series family of general-purpose pumps. CXR Series pumps are available in four sizes: 10, 20, 50, and 130. The main benefit of the CXR pumps is their design flexibility, which allows them to be used for a number of different low- to medium-duty applications, such as a drum pump.
All CXR models can easily be converted from ball to cylinder valves, and vice versa. Incorporating ball valves is ideal for liquids containing particles, while cylinder valves are ideal for transfer applications requiring superior suction lift.
